Dean's business mission is to facilitate improvement in people's lives by positively impacting on the businesses in their communities through the utilisation of effective technology. In 2017 Dean introduced the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to his business which has positively transformed the business and his life. In 1992 Dean graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) from Flinders University, Adelaide, South Australia.

When not working on his business or teaching people to communicate, Dean enjoys cycling through the glorious Adelaide hills, or flying to many of the exciting locations around South Australia.
